Which USA university would you reccommend?

I want to apply to a university which is accredited,but with a really nice safe environment and a great nightlife.
I am not an american citizen but in my country we listen to a lot of american music at clubs and partys eg. Usher/
Trey songz/Mariah carey/taylor swift…etc.Anyway,my point is l want a place with something similar to what l have
at home and unfortunately the internet can only give us detailed info and l believe,the best way to know something
is through experience. So I have the following list and would appreciate any help(opinions/suggestions) you can give me:

Which Penn State? They have several campuses.

All the schools you listed have active nightlife, although Minot is isolated and rather small.

I am concerned that you don’t mention your TOEFL score or SAT/ACT scores, nor do you mention a proposed major.
Have you put any thought into the purpose of going to college? That might be a better place to start than considering the music scene. The best music scene by far is in Austin Texas and there are a number of great colleges in and around there.

For school, we are doing this big review of every musical we have done for the last 50 years and we get to audition with actual numbers from each musical. I am a tenor who can hit some low notes.
