I`m into making music im currently using Cu-base SE. Is there any software out there that covers Grime & Garage & Techno Samples Loops etc all in one. Or if not what is the best individual software packages out there on the market that will work well with my Cu-base.

What is a good free music editor that i can download from online?

i want to be able to burn it onto a disc and also be able to save it on my computer.

I don’t know what you mean by burn it onto a disc… but check out Audacity

I use it for just about every bit of audio editing (ringtones/mixes/techno beats) that I do… then I use windows media player or iTunes to burn CDs
